Spring! What a welcome site. It has been a long cold Canadian winter here in Southwestern Ontario. The old trucks can't wait to get out of storage and be driven. I can see it in their headlights. Tillsonburg swap meet was Sunday March 13 2011. It was a mild day which brought out many vendors selling their classic and antique parts and memorabilia. We had our Nova, Chevelle, El Camino, MonteCarlo, Buick and Chevy Truck parts on display. It was nice to see a large crowd of shoppers hunting for parts to complete their project vehicle. Bob Armstrong and his friendly group of vounteers made the event pleasant. The ladies in the kitchen made delicious home made chicken soup and chili.
Our son Andrew came over from Fanshawe to visit Holley, Dave and myself. He did a tour searching for Model A parts. Ancaster March 27 2011, is the next meet for us. This meet is hosted by Rodmasters car club. We have 3 tables booked in Dale's building. Let's hope the weather is nice; but not too nice that you would rather be cruising than buying parts for your project vehicle. Cheers! Michelle Comments are closed.
