Last weekend Holley and Dave headed out to Ancaster swapmeet. Leaving bright and early Sunday morning (can you call it bright if you leave before the sun's up?), it was a long and busy day for the two of them, in the smaller of the two buildings on the large fairgrounds. With only the two of us, it seemed that that wasn't enough to talk to all of the people there, both repeat customers and new buyers. It seemed like 1969 cars were the hot commodity, and we feel as if we sold out of almost every part we had for them, Chevelles, Camaros and Novas (or Acadians), it didn't seem to matter. And I guess we can be added to that list, as we were receiving a 1969 Acadian back home while we were there as well. Hopefully it doesn't need anything we sold to get it on the road, as we hope to have it ready this week. Overall it was a great swapmeet and we hope to see everyone in Rockton on May 10th! Holley |
