Dash PlaquesA 3"x5" or so work of art. Memory triggers for the drive there, the weather, friends you met there or made there, what you ate or drank and of course the classic that got you there. Send us some pictures of your favourite dash plaques and a little story why and we will post them for all to read. So here is my newest -Erieau 2019. Took my old truck, great drive both ways, had lunch at the Sandbar and ran into an old friend Ron and we had a beer together. Overall a great day. Dorchester in the early days - legendary! just ask Stass. KW Classic Chevy Show - Our 55 won an award there. Kitchener has grown so much that you woudn't even recognize the area where the show used to be now. Windsor Area Street Rods show - KOA, Harrow, Fogolar, and finally LaSalle -good times. 1983 Car Craft Street Machine Nationals in Syracuse NY. - The second really big show we ever attended - first with our '55 Chevrolet Bel Air. Too many stories to share here.- Our 55 was in Car Craft after that one - they took a picture of the Yenko Camaro beside us but I can see the roof and hood - in this picture that is a 67 Shelby Mustang- number 7 if I remember correctly. Muddy River Run - Car show- Drag racing and cash door prizes. Indy Goodguys and NSRA Nationals in Columbus. My 49 Chevrolet truck was fresh and we racked up the miles for a couple of years. Cruisin '92 Leamington Tomato Festival at Seacliff Park - beautiful location. Our 56 Chevrolet Sedan Delivery took an award in '90.
