unfinished project

I usually stay away from something that someone else has started and not finished.  My thoughts are that they probably weren't happy with something they had done and that is why they are bailing on it.  Now I could be wrong - there are lots of reasons people sell projects - some have automotive attention deficit disorder like me and get bored on the hard work before they are done.  today we look at a 59 Apache truck - Camaro clip, chop top, some body work done... still worth a look - and he has the "or trade clause " too.
