Road Ready?

Usually I like to buy a project assuming or knowing that I will have to do everything - that way there are only good surprises.  Sometimes a project that big takes too long and begins to seem overwhelming.  The temptation is to pick up a deal on something that is almost road ready.  We have done it before with great results and great frustration.  We don't need another project right now but I would love a different ride.
