lets stay on the Monte Carlo theme

84-88 Monte Carlo SS . these were my favourite performance car of that era.  We had a tired  blue winter beater a while back and it was fun to drive, held the whole family and hockey equipment will fit in the trunk.  As the weather turns from summer to fall , what to drive this winter looms - are these cars too collectable to use for a winter beater now?  This find looks affordable but would it be dependable?
