Inflation

I watch pricing trends all the time but once in a while one hits home with me.  I bought my 49 Chevy pickup over 20 years ago, running and driving.  It is a rust free truck from Oklahoma and was/ is in pretty nice shape. 
 Today we come across a basket case truck project of the same era for the same kind of money mine cost all those years ago.
 Here is the kicker - it looks like  a fair deal considering what these trucks are going for.  1951 Chevrolet truck
