Back when our son Andrew was still in a car seat we owned a 1977 Buick Riviera that I bought at a Canada Customs Auction. Apparently it had been seized at Canada Customs for some undisclosed reason. It was a Florida Car and I figured if it made it all the way from Florida it should be a good beater car. It had been questionably maintained and loved oil and had 2 rear axles with different bolt patterns - I had to swap one so I could run the Buick Ralleys - even a beater has to have matching wheels. I have written about sellers remorse before and although I don't miss THAT Riviera, I would love another one. 1977 Buick Riviera
