At SEMA we had the opportunity to meet with people we only talked to on the phone or emailed.
At American Autowire we spoke with Jim and explained that we were proud to sell their product but
it did not present well at a swap meet.  We exchanged some ideas and a couple of weeks later we got 
some great promotional materials.
